New Patients
What to expect at your first visit.
We’re excited you’re considering Kempter Dentistry. Here’s how we make your first visit thorough, unhurried, and easy.
Overview
Welcome! New patient visits typically take about two hours and include a full exam, patient education, imaging, and an oral cancer screening — everything we need to build a dental health plan around you.
We are out-of-network with all dental insurance plans, so insurance companies don’t dictate your care — but as a courtesy, we file claims electronically on your behalf. Payment is requested at the time of service; if your plan has out-of-network benefits, you’ll typically be reimbursed directly within 2–4 weeks.
